  • Vickers Hardness Test Machine (EMCOTEST, Austria) for measuring bolt and nut thread hardness.<\/li>\n
  • Universal Hardness Test Machine (EMCOTEST, Austria) for measuring material hardness (Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell).<\/li>\n
  • Charpy Impact Test Machine (TINIUS OLSEN, USA) for determining material ductility under cold weather conditions.<\/li>\n
  • 1,500 kN Tensile Test Machine (TINIUS OLSEN, USA) for determining tensile, shear, test loads, and elongation properties of materials.<\/li>\n
  • 8,000 Nm Torque-Tension-K_Factor Test Machine (SCHATZ KISTLER, Germany) for measuring torque, tension force, and friction coefficients in critical fastener applications.<\/li>\n

  • Measurement Microscope (Visioneng, UK) for measuring thread profiles, transition zones, and under-head radii.<\/li>\n
  • CMM (HEXAGON, USA) for three-dimensional measurements.<\/li>\n
